UCL

I'm really angry with the efficiency of UCL.

The letter , they sent to me, shows my application has been recevied complete in 19 Mar 2007.
Today, I recevied a message which notice me that portfolio should be sent as soon as possible by E-mail.


I'm really confused by this!!!
How could they give me two message and both of the two are difference from each oteher after several weeks??!!

Damn.....

If they had lost my portfolio, they should tell me the fact instead of making an apology at least .

Sigh....
